Now Viewing: translatedTag type: None Tag for all images that originally contained non-English text that was rendered into English. That includes: Originally Japanese (or other non-English language) pictures with translation notes Pictures as above with translations edited in and replacing the original text. (scanlations & friends) The latter falls under the hard_translated tag, which implies "translated". Additionally, it's okay to leave out the tag on posts with very small and insubstantial notes, such as single onomatopoeia that could just as well go untranslated. Anything more than that should be tagged. Also see Engrish. Notes: • This tag does *not* apply to posts with incomplete and unfinished translations, those use partially_translated. • If you are adding a translation you are not sure of, include the check_translation tag along with the translated tag. • Some images posted automatically from other sites such as Danbooru include all of the tags but none of the notes. If you see this, than please add a translation or replace the tag with translation_request.
