The first gen was followed by the nephilim Irys who debuted by herself as Project Hope with an emphasis on music production. She was followed by the 2nd Gen, known as Hololive Council, whose members are part of an all-powerful council overseeing time and space. Although Kiryuu Coco and Akai Haato are not official Hololive English members, they are often considered to be responsible for helping pave the way for the branch's opening due to their popularity and usage of English alongside Japanese in streams, and are jokingly referred to as Hololive English Gen 0.
