The fans will often set up their computer screen so that it shows an image of the character they're dating. There will often be food and drinks in front of the screen so that it looks like the photo taker is sharing a meal with their favored character much like a date with another person. Not to be confused with 2d characters dating each other. Such images should be tagged as couple.
