It was an old version of the game.
When did they setup their current Patreon account? What year? The new account came after the version mentioned. (Just went over to check, and they really don't have much on their new Patreon account. Compared to what they had before, it's pretty bare bones. Seems to only goes back to May 2022. And their about page is completely blank now, unless my device is glitching, so couldn't find the set up date for when they rejoined Patreon.)
Since something concrete is needed, then let me ask - how large is the uncompressed game now? The download itself is only 1.51GB. The earlier versions were over 25.0 GB. And yes there is an image online at bilibili to verify it. It is not the version I was mentioning and explicit adult content is excluded from bilibili now, but it does show that when I said the game used to be massive, I wasn't joking. And that was just in 2020, which is much more recent, and just happens to be the same date from when this thread was started, funny enough.
So, if just one thing I said can be proven, what does it say about the rest?

The final version will be a steam release. Untill then you can assume it's still in development and another update is coming unless you see it get smacked with the abandoned tagstill ongoing then, good to know & thanks
I can only say if the oldest image on there is not older than the year 2019, then it isn't going to be on there. This game is way older than that. Look for stuff from 2014-2018. A lot of what was used was produced around then, though I do not remember the date of that release. It was right before the first Patreon account was removed. Obviously, it was long before 2020, because they didn't work on it publicly for a long time after removing their accounts.

Some are upcoming scenes I think 1 or 2 of them are already in the game but the person who uploaded it might have uncensored it themselves.

its 2 different users and both are chinese afaik. maybe new build has been shared on some chinese forums

I don't believe so but if memory serves there's not much of it to begin with if your not into it.
If I'm wrong then someone please correct me and tell the chap above the correct answer

I think there is only one obligatory scene (Almost at the end of the game) and there are like 3 side quests that have them, you can either do them or not, that is the only avoidable option.

There is one, maybe two, forced to watch preg/birth scenarios left in the game. The rest are removed, particularly all the mpreg stuff.
Ran across an older thread just a bit ago (for those curious for alt info) that mentions an earlier version of the game that still had a fair amount of Preg+ material as it was still a key part of the game at that time (Beta v0.4.5 around about). Doesn't say much. The linked thread to that version of the game has been deleted, so what he's referring to is removed content. But a smiggin of info (that I didn't provide) is there. Not much really.
